HAUTAJARVI posted by Britt on Saturday, February 12, 2000

Where can I find patient information from Faribault Regional center, formerly Fairbault State School for the mentally handicapped? I have just learned that a great uncle, Martin Hautajarvi, is buried in the cemettery located next to the Center, and I am assuming he was a patient there. My belief is the family was told that he had died young, but he was really sent to the center. If anyone can help me out with this, it would be greatly appreciated. Please e-mail me directly. Thank you.
